When we - Joanne, Jennifer, Marcia, and Amanda - founded Junction Collective, we weren’t just launching a recruitment agency; we were building a business based strong relationships and a genuine passion for connecting great people with great companies. We believed in doing recruitment differently – focusing on simplicity, transparency and consistency, ultimately making recruitment a true partnership with our clients.
